A website refresh project for cruise.co.uk to address some key usability issues and confusing user journeys, particularly on larger screens where screen estate was not optimally used. We designed the site to address findability and improve conversion (visitor to enquiry) by optimising the key user journeys, ensuring UX best practice is applied across all devices.
